Sports Sad fate for Suzuki MotoGP bikes
After the final race of 2022, the minimum would be to showcase the machines of Rins and Mir in a gold frame forever, but unfortunately, this will not be the fate of the bikes.
Livio Suppo himself confirmed that most of the MotoGP machines of Suzuki will simply be destroyed along with the spare parts, for financial reasons: “All Japanese manufacturers do this for cost-effectiveness reasons, because the tax implications of working racing machines is huge”.
Of course, not all of them will be destroyed, Suppo said that "probably" the specimens that escape their fate can be found in the Suzuki History Museum in Hamamatsu. In addition, it was also suggested that Rins would buy the machine that brought the last Suzuki victory, with which he excelled in Spain, but it has not yet been revealed whether the factory will sell him the GSX-RR or not.
